For this year and the years to come, we need: < 1 > 1 person with experience as an olive mill master or assistant mill master, to work a shift at a private olive mill on an estate near Peal de Becerro, to press around 2 million kg of olives between late October and mid-December.
The olive oil mill already has a master miller, but this role would be to support him and with a view to eventually taking over the post, as he is approaching retirement age.
Should both parties be interested and reach an agreement, there is the possibility of working on the olive farm outside the olive-milling season and continuing in subsequent years.
