Aceites F.González Hidalgo S.L.U., based in Castellar (Jaén), is looking for a milling shift supervisor to join the company in October 2026.
We are undertaking a project to refurbish, expand and fully automate the production area, using machinery from Hiller and Pieralisi, and NIR systems for efficiency monitoring.
Main duties:
· Organisation and management of the work shift.
· Coordination and communication with the production manager.
· Supervision, management and control of the entire production process, from mills to clarifiers.
· Monitoring cleaning, basic machinery maintenance, and recording incidents.
· Ensure compliance with and the recording of quality, traceability and food safety procedures.
Required profile:
· Proven experience as a production manager or in similar roles.
· Technical knowledge of the EVOO production process.
· Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, maintenance and wine tasting will be an advantage.
· A responsible, decisive and organised person with good teamwork skills.
· Availability during the campaign.
Terms and Conditions
· Start date: October 2026, with a contract in accordance with the collective agreement, and remuneration based on professional experience.
