\u00dabeda, a World Heritage City with a great tradition in the olive sector, is once again the place chosen to consolidate the V Congress of Olive Oil Mill Masters and Operators as a reference project for the wide range of professionals working in the olive oil sector.<\/p>\n
This biennial event covers in its program the main topics of concern for the oil mill master and operator, as well as the most significant cases of the recently concluded campaign.<\/p>\n
Top-level speakers, together with the experience provided by the professionals and companies present, make up an excellent platform for the exchange of knowledge.<\/p>\n
The Spanish Association of Olive Mill Masters and Operators, which has more than 600 members worldwide and more than a hundred collaborating companies, and Interempresas, the leading B2B publishing house in the Iberian Peninsula and publisher of the specialized publication Almazaras, have managed to bring together more than 1,500 professionals at all their congresses and meetings in recent years.<\/p>\n
The organizing committee, formed by both entities, will once again join forces to attract on April 13, 2024, in the old Hospital de Santiago de \u00dabeda, hundreds of professionals who wish to share their knowledge and the idiosyncrasies of their daily work, in addition to learning about the latest developments in machinery, products and services offered by the industry.<\/p>\n
Thanks to the support of the City Council of \u00dabeda, the Diputaci\u00f3n de Ja\u00e9n and the Centro de Interpretaci\u00f3n ‘Olivar y Aceite’, the Congress achieves an even greater echo at social and media level.<\/p>\n
