Técnicas de Higiene Alimentaria is a company made up of professionals who have been linked to the olive oil sector for years, and which was created to offer a response to the many shortcomings detected in the hygiene processes carried out in olive oil mills.
These shortcomings entail significant economic losses, as they ultimately entail a loss of quality of the oil obtained, and therefore a depreciation of the oil and, consequently, a loss of profitability.
At THA, we are clear about our working system and base it on the following principles:
- We identify critical points in the hygiene of facilities and/or equipment.
We train oil mill operators to carry out cleaning operations correctly.
We carry out hygiene procedures in the mill.
- We use, and supply, top quality cleaning and disinfection products at very competitive prices.
- We use professional means and equipment by means of controlled turbulence to clean and disinfect installations that are difficult to access, such as mass and oil pipes, rinsers, cellar tanks, etc.
At THA, we offer the services of a technical consultancy made up of technicians specialised in Food Safety (HACCP), and implementation of quality standards (ISO 9001 and 14001), and specific food safety standards (ISO 22000, BRC, IFS).
Since environmental health is key to obtaining safe food, at THA, we offer our clients the implementation of pest control programmes, specific to each food industry, based on an integrated pest management approach, with a maximum reduction in the use of toxic products, eliminating unnecessary risks for personnel and demonstrating our commitment to respect for the environment.
