ANSOTEC Technological Solutions is a Spanish company founded in 2007 with almost a hundred people and based in Huétor-Tájar (Granada) dedicated to the Digital Transformation for Industry 4.0, we are an engineering company with a high expertise in Process Control Systems offering turnkey projects of this type, we are an official partner among others of Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Microsoft and Wonderware, and other manufacturers such as Dell, Vmware, etc. …. For years we have been working on the concept of Industry 4.0, looking for plants to work fully integrated from ERP Systems to Sensors / Instruments … implemented therefore the MES / MOM Systems (Production Management) and Process Control System (DCS) in the Food Industry, Chemical, Cosmetic-Pharmaceutical and Minerals. and we developed a pioneering solution for the Olive Sector called Almazara Conectada 4.0 ® (ANSOTEC registered trademark) that once consolidated we are already taking to other sectors such as Almond, Pistachio and other agro-industries.

In the olive sector, we have references from clients such as: Grupo De Prado (all its plants in Portugal), IFFCO Iberia (Granada), Conde de Benalua (San Sebastian SCA, Granaa), Covidesa (Cordoba), DCOOP (Antequera), Aceites Estrella del Guadalquivir, Aceites Oliva del Sur, Oleopalma SAT, Templeoliva SCA, and other new industries in which we have already initiated transformation plans pending implementation.

We also work for important brands in the food sector such as Galletas Gullón, Nutriben, Nestlé, Pascual, Coca-Cola, Lactalis, Puleva, … and for leading brands in other sectors we are mineral or chemical suppliers for Owens Illinois, Cosentino, KIMITEC, Herogra, Sipcam iberia, and other important clients.
