Difranox is a company created by and for the design, manufacture and repair of olive oil, industrial and agricultural machinery. The olive oil and industrial sectors are the most important for the development of our company.
To carry out these tasks, difranox has fully modernised facilities and machinery. For industrial design, difranox has an industrial design technical office with state-of-the-art software. For manufacturing, difranox has various machine tools such as: conventional lathes, 4th axis cnc lathes, conventional milling machines, 4th axis cnc milling machines, mortising machine, balancing machine, hd plasma cutting table, folding machine, shear, plate bending rollers, profile bending machine, band saw, inox-al welding, etc…
Difranox specialises in the manufacture of machinery for separating, cleaning, transporting and packaging the by-product of olive pomace, in this case olive pits. For this purpose, it has five models of pulp-stone separators on the market: 15-30-50-75-100hp.
For drying, cleaning and packaging, difranox manufactures three types of olive stone drying-cleaning-packaging equipment: 1,500-3,000-5,000 kg/h. For olive stone transport, difranox manufactures the pneumatic olive stone conveyor.
For the transport of pomace, difranox manufactures screw conveyors and dough pumps with important mechanical innovations, not existing in other brands.
Furthermore, difranox manufactures and has a continuous stock of wear parts involved in grinding, such as: screens, rotors, hammers, pump bodies, etc… interchangeable with the following brands: gea, pieralisi, alfa laval, hiller, amenduni, cornello, etc…
Difranox is also involved in piping, machinery and related installations.
