On the occasion of the 10th anniversary celebrations, our association has organised, together with our partner Leonardo Feola, the first meeting of masters and managers of olive oil mills in Italy. During the conference there were interesting speakers dedicated to Spanish and Italian olive growing, olive oil tourism, valorisation of productions and territories. Emphasis was placed on the need for more events and experiences related to olive oil: participation in olive harvesting (even with school groups), tasting and cooking courses, didactic workshops and knowledge and training courses in the oil mills, dissemination of Oleotourism (combining the beauty of the area with the taste for our green gold), enhancement and protection of the crops in the countryside.
