REFERENCE EVENT FOR THE OLIVE OIL MILL MASTER
Úbeda, a World Heritage City with a long tradition in the olive oil sector, has once again been chosen as the venue for the 6th Congress of Olive Oil Mill Masters and Operators, a landmark event for the wide range of professionals working in the olive oil sector.
This biennial event covers in its program the main topics of concern for the oil mill master and operator, as well as the most significant cases of the recently concluded campaign.
Top-level speakers, together with the experience provided by the professionals and companies present, make up an excellent platform for the exchange of knowledge.
The Spanish Association of Olive Mill Masters and Operators, which has more than 600 members worldwide and more than a hundred collaborating companies, and Interempresas, the leading B2B publishing house in the Iberian Peninsula and publisher of the specialized publication Almazaras, have managed to bring together more than 1,500 professionals at all their congresses and meetings in recent years.
The organising committee, formed by both entities, will once again join forces to attract hundreds of professionals to SAFA Úbeda on 18 April 2026, who wish to share their knowledge and the idiosyncrasies of their daily work, as well as learn about the latest developments in machinery, products and services offered by the industry.
Thanks to the support of the City Council of Úbeda, the Diputación de Jaén and the Centro de Interpretación ‘Olivar y Aceite’, the Congress achieves an even greater echo at social and media level.
