Next Thursday 27th March 2025, a fundamental event for the olive oil sector will be held at the facilities of the Cooperativa de San Sebastián SCA (Conde de Benalúa), in Benalúa de las Villas, Granada: “Digital Transformation of Olive Oil Mills: The Role of the Master in the Transformation”. This meeting, organised by ANSOTEC and AEMODA, and with the collaboration of Conde de Benalúa, is aimed at addressing the latest technological advances in the digitalisation of olive oil mills.
The event will be attended by renowned experts in the sector, such as Luis Alberto Guzmán (CEO of ANSOTEC), Juan Francisco Rodríguez (Production Manager at Oleopalma SAT) and Juan Hermida Mancebo (CTO of ANSOTEC), who will present success stories related to the digitalisation of olive oil mills and the implementation of advanced technologies in production processes.
